《义务教育艺术课程标准(2022年版)》的颁布,标志着我国艺术教育迈入全新发展阶段。“新课标”从课程理念到学科体系都进行了革新,推动艺术教育向更深层次、更广领域发展。文章结合“新课标”文本及相关政策文件,探讨为何要推进艺术课程改革、“新课标”蕴含着怎样的教育理念、“新课标”的框架结构具有哪些特点这三个问题,以促进艺术教育改革的深入推进。
Abstract：The promulgation of the Compulsory Education Arts Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)marks a new stage in the development of arts education in China.The " New Curriculum Standards" introduce innovations ranging from curriculum rationale to disciplinary system,promoting the deeper and broader advancement of arts education.Drawing on the text of the " New Curriculum Standards" and related policy documents,this paper explores three key questions:why reform of the arts curriculum is necessary;what educational rationale is embodied in the " New Curriculum Standards";and what features characterize the framework of the " New Curriculum Standards".The aim is to contribute to the deepening of arts education reform.
